Step 1
In small pot, bring 1 cup of pineapple juice to a boil. Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Step 2
Let cool and transfer to a large container. Add orange juice and remaining pineapple juice. Chill.
Step 3
Just before serving, pour into a punch bowl, add Sprite and mix well.
Step 4
Top with scoops of sherbet and ENJOY!
