Step 1

Shape the ground turkey mixture into 14 small patties ( I use about 1½-2 tablespoons each and make them about 1/2 inch thick)

Step 2

Spray a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

When skillet is hot, place as many patties as you can into the skillet and let them cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned on the bottom and beginning to cook up the sides. Flip and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink.

Step 4

Remove patties from heat and repeat with remaining patties, if needed.

Step 5

Serve warm with your favorite breakfast items, inside a breakfast burritos, wrap, or sandwich.

Step 6

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Step 7

To freeze, let the patties cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until seasonings are well combined with the turkey.
