Step 1

Set ice cream on counter for an hour to soften.

Step 2

Break crackers up into a large ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Step 3

Pour into bowl and mix with brown sugar and salt.

Step 4

Melt butter and add to graham cracker crumb mixture.

Step 5

Stir until combined.

Step 6

Pour half of mixture into 8x8 pan and press down.

Step 7

Mix the rest of the mixture in with softened ice cream.

Step 8

Pour on top of pressed down mix in pan. Spread out and freeze.

Step 9

Take out 15 minutes before you will be eating.

Step 10

Cut and place on plates.

Step 11

Top with fresh strawberries and homemade dark chocolate hot fudge.
