Step 1

Melt the butter, and rather the rest of the ingredients.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, add the peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla, cocoa powder, and powdered swerve. Stir together.

Step 3

Add the shredded coconut and gently fold in.

Step 4

Using a 1” cookie scoop, scoop out 15 cookies.

Step 5

Roll each cookie into a ball. Use the palm of your hand and gently flatten each cookie.

Step 6

Place the tray in the freezer for 20 minutes.
