Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on high for ~ 3 hours or low for 5-6 hours or until all vegetables are soft.
Step 2
Use hand-held immersion blender or use pulse button on a table-top blender to blend ingredients to desired consistency (I prefer it a little chunky!). If using a table-top blender, be careful not to over-fill and blend in batches to avoid getting burned.
Step 3
Taste your sauce and add additional garlic powder, italian or other salt-free seasoning, if desired.
