Step 1
In a small bowl whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt. The mixture will be thin at first but it will thicken after a few minutes.
Step 2
Slowly add 2 tablespoons of water and keep whisking to thin the sauce out. If you want it thinner, add more water to reach the desired consistency.
