Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2
Butter a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
Step 3
Cut English muffins into 1-inch cubes.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
Step 5
Sprinkle half of the cubed Canadian bacon in the buttered casserole dish.
Step 6
Top with the English muffins and the remaining Canadian bacon.
Step 7
Pour the egg mixture over the English muffins and bacon.
Step 8
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Step 9
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Step 10
Top with Hollandaise sauce and serve.
