Step 1

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning, for 8 mins or until brown all over and cooked through.

Add the tomato and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins or until sauce thickens. Season.

Step 3

Divide the rolls among serving plates. Divide the rocket among the rolls. Top with the meatballs and sauce. Sprinkle with the cheddar.
