Easy Ninja Creami Eggnog Ice Cream

Step 1

Pour eggnog into a Ninja Creami pint, being careful not to exceed the maximum fill line on the container.

Step 2

If using, add ground cinnamon and nutmeg and stir to combine.

Step 3

Close the lid of the pint and transfer to a level surface in your freezer.

Step 4

Freeze for 24 hours.

Step 5

Remove from freezer and take off lid. Place pint in outer bowl apparatus and secure into the Ninja Creami machine.

Step 6

Press the Gelato button and allow the cycle to run, which will take about 2 minutes.

Step 7

Remove the pint from the apparatus. If the mixture appears crumbly, return the pint to the Ninja Creami machine and use the Re-spin button to cycle again. This should take care of it.

Step 8

Serve on its own, alongside Christmas cookies, or on top of a piece of pie.
