Step 1

Add the Oreos to your food processor and blend until they're completely crumbly.

Step 2

Dump the cookie crumbles into a medium bowl. Drizzle the melted coconut oil over the cookie crumbs and mix until well incorporated.

Step 3

Press the mixture into your pie plate. I usually start with my hands and then use the bottom of a measuring cup to make it smooth and even.
