Preheat oven at 350°F.

Coat baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
Step 3
Place smoked turkey wings in the baking dish, place the baking dish into the oven uncovered, and bake for an hour.
Step 4
After baking for an hour, remove from the oven, cover the baking dish with the foil paper, place back into the oven, and bake for an hour and a half.
Step 5
While the turkey wings are baking, if you have not already done so, chop the onions, green peppers, and red peppers. Set aside.
Step 6
After baking for an hour and a half, remove from the oven, add water, onions, green and red peppers, cover the baking dish back with the foil paper, and bake for another 30 minutes or until tender.
Step 7
Remove the smoked turkey wings from the oven and serve with your favorite sides.
