Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk. Whisk until there are no more lumps.

Step 2

Place a small non-stick frying pan on the stove top. Heat the pan over medium-high heat until the pan is HOT.

Step 3

Spray the pan with non-stick spray and then immediately pour a small amount (I used 1/8 cup batter for my small frying pan) of batter into the center of the pan.

Step 4

Quickly pick the pan up and tilt and twirl it until the batter covers the bottom of the pan.

Step 5

Return to the stove top and cook until the edges start to peel away from the pan.

Step 6

Carefully remove the crepe and repeat with the remaining batter.
