Finely slice 100g Red Onion into half moons or lengthways.
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp Sea Salt Flakes, 1 tbsp Sugar and 2 tbsp Lemon Juice to the red onions in a small bowl.

Mix thoroughly and set aside for a couple of minutes.
