Line a 9 x 9 inch pan with foil.
Step 2
Melt together the chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in nuts and remove from heat. Allow to cool 3-4 minutes.

Add marshmallows and stir to coat.

Spread in pan and refrigerate until firm.
