Shred the chicken and dredge it in the spice mixture.

In a pan, heat 1/2 the olive oil and cook the onion and bell peppers on medium heat until soft.
Step 4
Add the chicken to the pan with the cooked vegetables and pour the remaining olive oil on top of the mixture. Juice the lime on the ingredients. Heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
