Easy to Make Carrot Cake Recipe

Step 1

Beat the oil and sugar together.

Step 2

Slowly add one egg at a time, while mixing.

Step 3

Sift the dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture, together with the carrots and nuts.

Step 4

Pour into a prepared cake tin and bake at 180C (fan forced) for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before icing.

Step 5

To make the icing, mix all ingredients together until well-combined.
