Step 1

Lightly coat the inside of a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. In the prepared cooker combine the undrained beans, undrained tomatoes, ground meat substitute, onion, and chili powder.

Step 2

Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 7 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 3-1/2 hours. To serve, ladle into bowls. Makes 6 servings.
