Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a bowl or on a hard surface make a well in your flour, add salt and add the wet ingredients in the middle

Mix them together and start to slowly incorporate in the flour using a fork or your hand

Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Once the dough has rested, divide it into 4 equal pieces and flatten each piece with your hand. Using your pasta machine roll it out on the 0 size, then fold over and roll through the pasta machine again.
Step 6
Repeat a few times until the sheet of dough seems smooth
Step 7
Adjust the dial on the pasta machine after every pass. Keep rolling until you've reached #4 or #5.
Step 8
Add the Spaghetti attachment and run your pasta sheets trough it one by one. Once the pasta is cut, toss the spaghetti in semolina and place on a lightly floured sheet tray.
Step 9
To cook the spaghetti, boil in salted large pot of water for 2-3 minutes.
