Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the ground chicken and cook, crumbling it as you go.

Step 2

Season with salt & pepper to taste, then add the soy sauce, ginger, and five spice and saute until chicken is fully cooked.

Step 3

Add the shredded cabbage, celery, onion, salt, sugar, corn starch, and sesame oil. Cook, stirring, 4-5 minutes or until tender-crisp.

Step 4
