Einkorn Banana Bread Muffins

bananas (ripe is better, but not crucial)

einkorn flour ((or any wheat))

butter

honey

vanilla

tsp baking soda

salt

Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a fork or potato masher.  Blend bananas only until well mashed.

Add the flour first and mix together well. Mix in remaining ingredients until well combined.

Add liners or grease muffin tin.  Fill each cavity 3/4 of the way full.

Bake muffins at 350° F.
