Step 1

Place a dried orange wheel into the rocks glass

Step 2

Pour 30 ml of Oloroso sherry and 20 ml of apricot liqueur into the mixing glass

Step 3

Add 2 dashes of orange bitters and 60 ml of gold tequila

Step 4

Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and carefully mix with a bar spoon

Step 5

Strain into the bottle

Step 6

Serve together with the rocks glass
