Step 1

Place ground beef into a 6 quart electric pressure cooker and roughly break up with a wooden spoon or mix and chop.

Step 2

Add beef broth and cook under high pressure for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Quick release and drain all liquid away from ground beef.

Step 4

Break ground beef up again and add taco seasoning and water according to packages.

Step 5

Place under high pressure for 10 minutes and quick release again.

Step 6

Stir well and allow to cool before dividing into 4 freezer bags.
