Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

Then pour in the Empress gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice and shake until well chilled.

Step 3

Strain into a coupe glass and top with the champagne.

Step 4

Garnish with champagne grapes if desired!
