Step 1
Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
Step 2
Peel the orange by hand or by using a knife and cut it into pieces.
Step 3
Wash the apple and remove the core (but keep the skin on).
Step 4
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Step 5
Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
Step 6
Taste the smoothie, adding more oat milk (or almond milk) if it is too thick for your liking.Pour into a cup, bottle or mason jar.
