Ponga enteras al horno a 180C y cocine por 45 min.

Mezcle el dashi, miso, soya, aceite sésamo, aceite maravilla y el agua. Integre bien, puede ocupar una mini pimmer si quiere.

Parta las berenjenas por la mitad y con una cuchara extraiga la carne, y distribuya parejo en una fuente. Agregue encima la salsa, el sésamo y ciboulette.
