Step 2

In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, red onion, coriander and mint. Transfer to a large salad bowl and assemble the Cauldron Moroccan Spiced Falafel Bites on top. Roughly chop the toasted, cooled pitta and scatter across the top of the salad, along with the sesame seeds.

To make the dressing, mix all ingredients together. Drizzle over the salad or serve separately with each portion.
