Step 1

Using an offset spatula, sandwich 5-6 chocolate wafers to each other in an even amount. Stand the layered, wafer sandwich on its side. Repeat with wafer sandwiches as long as you want it or until you run out of wafers. Use the remaining amount of whipped topping on the sides, top, and ends of the roll. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving.

When the roll is done chilling in the fridge, optionally, you can decorate it with your favorite sprinkles and maraschino cherries. Slice and serve, enjoy!
