Eric September 5, 2013 at 8:38pm I loved the sound of this recipe but I feel like the ratios are off. This is not so much of a farro dish, rather it is a sausage, pnacetta, and mushroom dish with a dash of farro. Also the mixture never absorbed the liquid in the end. I let it simmer for over 40 minutes and the liquid never reduced. Eventually I had to drain the liquid to finish the dish. Still tasty but I feel like the ratios need to be adjusted.
