Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Arrange the English muffin halves cut side up on the baking sheet.

Step 3

Place into the oven and toast until very lightly golden, about 4 minutes.

Step 4

Spread a spoonful or two of the pizza sauce over each half. Top with mozzarella cheese, any toppings, and Parmesan cheese, if using.

Step 5

Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Let cool briefly before serving and cut up as needed.
