Step 1
Cook french fries according to package directions.
Step 2
Dump the three packets of turkey gravy mix into a small sauce pan and add the three cups of water. Turn to medium heat. Stir occasionally until it boils and starts to thicken. Reduce heat to simmer.
Step 3
While gravy is cooking cut up the turkey.
Step 4
Add the olive oil to a large frying pan and turn to medium heat.
Step 5
Once the pan heats up add the cut up turkey and festive stuffing. If using normal stuffing you may want to add chopped pecans, bacon crumble and dried cranberries.
Step 6
Cook for about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low until fries ready.
Step 7
Assemble poutine by starting with a layer of crinkle cut fries, then 1/4 of the turkey mixture followed by some of the cheddar cheese curd and top with gravy.
Step 8
Serve immediately and enjoy!
