Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F

Step 2

In a bowl, mix feta, spinach, cream cheese, scallions and garlic

Step 3

Cut chicken breasts about 3/4 of the way through across the equator and fill with the mixture

Step 4

Sprinkle chicken with Cavenders and pepper

Step 5

In cast iron skillet, heat olive oil on medium high heat.

Step 6

Brown chicken on stove top for 4 minutes per side

Step 7

Transfer skillet to oven and bake 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165° F.
