Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large skillet cook beef and drain. Add salsa, taco seasoning, corn, beans, green chiles, rice, broth, tomatoes and ½ cup cheese. Stir well. Transfer to baking dish and cover. Bake for 50 minutes, until rice is tender. Top with remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Top with green onions.
