Step 1
Tear 2 pieces of foil so they are 12x18 inches each.
Step 2
Stack the foil on top of each other.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Step 4
Toss the green beans in 1 tablespoon of the sauce mixture.
Step 5
In a separate bowl or a resealable plastic bag, marinate the steak in the remaining sauce mixture for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Step 6
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or safely begin a campfire.
Step 7
Place a layer of green beans in the center of the foil.
Step 8
Top the green beans with the marinated steak.
Step 9
Fold up the foil to create a packet with a tight seal.
Step 10
Place the sealed packet on the hot grill or over the fire, flipping once, until the steak is cooked to at least 135 degrees F internally, about 8 minutes.
Step 11
Remove the packet from the grill and pierce the packet with a knife or a fork to allow the steam to escape.
Step 12
Unfold the packet, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
