Adjust the oven rack to the middle position.

Preheat the broiler on high.

Spray a broiler pan with a tray or a baking dish with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, stir together the ketchup, the honey, the soy sauce, and the garlic.

Lightly season the pork chops on both sides with the salt and the pepper.
Step 6
Brush each chop with the glaze mixture on both sides.
Step 7
Place the chops on the broiler tray and broil, turning every 5 minutes and basting throughout, until the pork chops are cooked through at 145 degrees F and the glaze is caramelized, about 40 minutes.
