A delicious and easy asian inspired peanut dressing. Perfect for salads, veggie spring rolls and drizzling on top of rice and veggies. Requires only five ingredients and five minutes.

Five Minute Peanut Dipping Sauce

all natural peanut butter

water

Tbsp. low-sodium soy or tamari sauce

Tbsp. REAL maple syrup

Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

garlic

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy.

Hi Shane - I have now used this delicious recipe on sauteed kale over brown rice, and I also put it on a roasted sweet potato with a sprinkle of chopped peanuts. It has become one of my favorite sauces. Next, I'll try it on noodles or even salad!
