In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and the pudding mix and stir to combine.

Make a well in the center of the cake mix mixture and pour 3/4 cup of the orange juice, the oil, the eggs, and the lemon extract into the well and beat on low speed until blended.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat the batter for 4 minutes on medium speed.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake, about 50 minutes-1 hour.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn the cake out onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining orange juice, the sugar, and the butter and cook for 2 minutes.

Drizzle the glaze over the cake.
