Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 3

Add butter, olive oil and roasted garlic cloves to a mini food processor and process until smooth. Add in chopped parsley. Pulse a bit more to incorporate.

Step 5

Spread roasted garlic butter generously over bread. Top with cheese mixture.

Step 7

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese becomes melty and gooey!
