Step 1
Place a large bowl onto mixing bowl lid and weigh yoghurt into it. Place into refrigerator until ready to use.

Place oil, onion, garlic and ginger into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7.

Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and sauté 4 min/100°C/speed 1.

Add mince, tomato paste, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric and salt and cook 5 min/120°C//speed 1.

Scrape base and blades of mixing bowl with spatula to remove any lumps. Add water and cook 20 min/100°C//speed 1, placing simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid.
Step 6
Place tomatoes, cucumber, dried mint, salt and pepper into bowl with reserved yoghurt and stir to combine.
Step 7
Garnish curried mince with chillies (optional) and serve with tomato salad and roti on the side.
