Step 1
In a large tortilla, place your rice in the middle first before the rest of your toppings.
Step 2
Next, fold the bottom of your tortilla up so it covers the ingredients but not to the top of the tortilla. Fold in the sides before rolling the burrito in.
Step 3
If freezing, wrap them individually in saran wrap or parchment paper so they do not stick together before storing it in the freezer.
