Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Lay the 4 tortillas on a counter or work surface.

Step 3

Tear the provolone slices into smaller pieces and distribute the pieces evenly over each of the tortillas.

Step 4

Place the deli roast beef evenly over the cheese layer.

Step 5

Sprinkle the French fried onions over the roast beef layer.

Step 6

Working with one tortilla at a time, fold the sides of the tortilla in, then tightly roll the tortilla into a roll.

Step 7

Brush a little bit of the olive oil on the edge of the tortilla to help it stick closed, then place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Step 8

Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Step 9

Brush the remaining olive oil over the tops of the roll-ups.

Step 10

Bake in the preheated oven until the roll-ups are browned, about 10 minutes.

Step 11

Combine the beef consommé, the water, the Worcestershire sauce, the soy sauce, the onion powder, and the garlic powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat and cook until warmed through.

Step 12

Cut the roll-ups in half and plate with the warm sauce for dipping.

Step 13

Serve.
