Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F.

Lay the pork chops on the bottom of the 9x13 pan, touching but not overlapping as much as possible.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and onion dip mix to create french onion dip. Spread evenly over the pork chops using a rubber spatula, being sure to cover entirely so no portions of meat are exposed.
Step 4
Sprinkle crispy fried onions over the top in an even layer.
Step 5
Cover the dish with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes.
