Step 1

Wash and dry a small bowl, the measuring spoons, and spice jar.

Step 2

Measure all the ingredients into the bowl- Paprika, rosemary, oregano, dried thyme, parsley, black pepper, and salt. Mix till well combined.

It's ready to use.

Step 4

Cut off any fat or unwanted parts, clean the chicken, and pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 5

Add the chicken into a bowl then add the seasoning.Rub the seasoning over the chicken making sure all the chicken parts are coated in seasoning.

Step 6

Cover the bowl, put it in the fridge, and let the chicken season for at least 30 minutes to 8 hours.

Step 7

Cook chicken as desired.

Step 8

In a dry bowl, add flour then add 1 tablespoon of this seasoning for every 1/2 cup of flour.Dip chicken in buttermilk or egg wash then dip in the seasoned flour to cover all the parts then put the dredged chicken on a plate. Fry till cooked.
