Step 1
Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pot to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Place the pancake mix, egg, milk, 2 teaspoons vegetable oil and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Dip each Oreo into the batter, then place in the oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown all over.
Step 4
Place the Oreos on a serving plate and sift powdered sugar over the top. Serve immediately with a side of raspberry sauce if desired.
