Step 1
Add water in a pot and put on stove. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and leave to boil before adding salt and spaghetti.

Cook for 15 minutes or till spaghetti is cooked aldente. Drain and set aside

Put a wok or pan on stove, add the remaining vegetable oil then add prawns/shrimps.
Step 4
Fry the prawns for 3 minutes before adding garlic, onions, mixed vegetables, mixed peppers and spring onions.
Step 5
Add seasoning cubes, curry powder, dried thyme and soy sauce then add in the cooked spaghetti.
Step 6
Stir and mix well before taking off heat. Best served warm.
