Step 1
Clean the squid by removing its skin. Cook the squid for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the oil dressing, finely chopped (or pressed) garlic, salt, pepper, half of the squeezed lemon juice and oregano (spices of your choice).
Step 3
Remove the cooked squid and cut its tentacles, pour the dressing over it and leave it to marinate for about 60-90 minutes and cover the dish with foil.
Step 4
The flavored tentacles are fried (baked) in an ordinary frying pan or a grill pan (I personally made them using a grill pan) for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Place the cooked tentacles on a plate, pour the remaining half of the lemon juice over them and serve.
