1 Preheat the broiler.
Step 2
2 Heat a pan (preferably a cast iron skillet) on medium high. When hot, add olive oil and then add the tamales in the pan.
Step 3
3 Fry it for 3 minutes on each side, it should get crispy and golden brown. Then add the eggs. Cook until set. Cover with cheese. Put the skillet under the broiler until the cheese is melted.
Step 4
4 Serve with salsa.
