Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 11” x 7” baking dish.
Step 2
Spread 1/4 can of enchilada sauce over the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 3
Place the 4 frozen burritos in the pan.
Step 4
Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the burritos.
Step 5
Sprinkle the salsa over the burritos.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Step 8
Return to oven and baked for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Step 9
Top with sour cream and cilantro before serving.
