Microwave evaporated milk and water in mediumuncoveredmicrowave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 2 minutes or until mixture is very hot but not boiling.Add morsels; whisk until smooth.
Step 2
Carefully pour chocolate mixture into ten 3-ounce paper cups (approximately 1/3 cup mixture in each).Cover each cup with foil.Insert one wooden craft stick through the center of each foil.
Step 3
Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.To remove pops from cupscarefully run warm water over side of cup to loosen.Peel off cup and enjoy.Freeze no longer than 1 month.
