Step 1
Place frozen sausage patties or links in air fryer basket. Don't stack them on each other.
Step 2
Cook at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Flip the sausage patties and cook another 3-4 minutes. You might want to add 2-3 extra minutes depending on how brown you like your sausage. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
Step 3
Carefully remove and serve.
