Tbsp. sugar

buttermilk

fresh fruit, chopped

sugar

oz cream cheese, softened

vanilla extract

Step 1

<strong>Preheat oven to 450°F.</strong> Grease a baking sheet.

Step 2

Combine biscuit mix and sugar. Stir in buttermilk. Fold in fruit.

Step 3

Using a large spoon, drop about 1/4 cup of batter per biscuit onto baking sheet. Bake <strong>10 – 12 minutes</strong> or until lightly browned. Let cool for 1 minute before removing to cooling rack. 

Step 4

Combine icing ingredients. Mix well. Pipe or spread over biscuits.
